Fixed Fees

Most of the cost in buying is in a State Government tax (Stamp Duty) and in fees paid to the Titles Office, other Departments and the local council. These fees are fixed and will not be any more or any less whether you attempt to do your own conveyancing or whether you use a qualified person to do it for you.

Our fee is a modest investment in relation to what the Government will charge you in stamp duty and other expenses or in the case of selling, what you may pay in advertising costs or taxes.

If you do your own conveyancing and get it wrong you will have no one to fall back on and no way to claim any money lost.

The money you invest for qualified service...will always be money well spent.
